Just so sad

The title pretty much sums it all up. I am just feeling really sad. Extremely over emtional...guess it's time to start my "monthly gift". Wahoo for me!! I guess that I should count myself a little lucky in the sense that I can always tell when it's approaching..due to my sudden onsest of a manic phase. I just wish that I could skip one, or the other, or in my perfect world..just miss out on both.
